These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Brew Bench website and the tools it provides. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Nature of the service

Brew Bench provides informational calculators, reference tables and guides related to coffee brewing and sensory evaluation. The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

2. Disclaimer regarding calculation results

All outputs produced by the tools on this site are estimates derived from published brewing conventions, standard formulas and general reference ranges. They are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Results do not account for the specific characteristics of your beans, equipment, water supply or ambient conditions.
  • Recommended temperature, grind, ratio and timing values are starting points to be adjusted by tasting, not prescriptions.
  • We make no warranty that any result is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the results, including any handling of hot water, hot equipment, pressurised brewing devices and electrical appliances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brew Bench and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the site, including wasted materials, damaged equipment, personal injury or commercial loss.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or any related systems;
  • use automated means to scrape, mirror or overload the site in a way that degrades service for others;
