Write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within five working days. Please include the name of the tool and, where relevant, the exact values you entered so we can reproduce what you saw.
Common feedback scenarios
- Calculation questions. A result that does not match a reference you trust — tell us the source so we can compare methodologies.
- Tool requests. A brewing or tasting task you currently do by hand and would like automated.
- Content corrections. Outdated standards, unclear explanations or errors in a guide.
- Accessibility and display issues. Anything that renders badly on your device, browser or screen reader.
- Educational use. Questions about using these tools in a class, coffee club or training session.
